All purchases on cyber-devs.org are digital in-game privileges and items, processed by Paddle.com as our Merchant of Record. Because these are digital goods delivered instantly to your in-game account, refund eligibility depends on whether delivery was successful.
If your payment was completed but the purchased privilege or item was not delivered to your in-game account due to a technical error on our side (for example, the "Something went wrong" activation error, a server-side delivery failure, or a plugin/RCON error), you are entitled to a full refund.
In addition, you may request a refund for any reason within 30 days of your purchase date, even if the privilege was successfully delivered, subject to the fair-use limits described below.
Requests made more than 30 days after purchase, purchases where the privilege was revoked due to a rule violation, cheating, or account/chargeback abuse, and requests for privileges that were delivered correctly and used extensively before the refund request may be declined at our discretion.
Approved refunds are processed by Paddle back to your original payment method. Depending on your bank/card issuer, it may take several business days for the refund to appear on your statement.
If checkout shows an error like "Something went wrong" after you were charged, please do not attempt to purchase the same privilege again immediately — contact support first with your transaction details so we can verify whether the first payment was completed and, if so, either deliver the privilege manually or issue a refund.
