CYBER-DEVS ("we", "us", "our") is a Counter-Strike 1.6 Gaming Community operating the website cyber-devs.org and associated game servers. The website and its services are operated by Martin Yankov, trading as CYBER-DEVS.
CYBER-DEVS sells digital in-game entitlements for use exclusively on our own Counter-Strike 1.6 game servers, including but not limited to:
All products are digital goods delivered electronically. Nothing physical is shipped. Delivery is automatic and typically completes within a few seconds to a few minutes of a successful payment.
All payments on cyber-devs.org are processed by Paddle.com, who act as the Merchant of Record for all purchases. This means Paddle handles payment processing, tax collection/remittance (VAT/sales tax where applicable), and appears on your card/bank statement as the billing entity. Prices displayed on cyber-devs.org are shown in the currency selected at checkout and may include applicable taxes.
To receive a purchased privilege or item, you must provide an accurate in-game nickname (and, where applicable, an account password) at checkout. We are not responsible for failed delivery caused by an incorrect nickname or password supplied by the buyer. Purchased privileges and items are for personal, non-commercial use on CYBER-DEVS servers only. You may not resell, transfer, or share purchased entitlements with other players. We reserve the right to suspend or revoke access (without refund) in cases of cheating, abuse of server rules, chargebacks/payment fraud, or violation of our community rules.
We do our best to keep our servers online at all times, but we do not guarantee uninterrupted uptime. Purchased privileges remain valid on the applicable server for as long as that server is operated by CYBER-DEVS, unless otherwise stated on the product itself.
We may update these Terms & Conditions from time to time. Continued use of the website or purchase of products after changes are posted constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.
